OBIETTIVI: The objective of the ERA Chair Initiative is to support universities and other research organisations located in Convergence and Outermost regions with a strong research capacity building profile, to significantly improve their performance in competitive research funding, under the direction of an outstanding researcher, the "ERA Chair holder". Activities should be focused on achieving concrete and clearly identified objectives that should also be sustainable. Interaction with external stakeholders (regional/national authorities, innovative businesses, civil society organisations, etc) is an essential part of the action. Projects should have a quantifiable impact on the capacity of the institution and contribute to the achievement of the European Research Area. AZIONI AMMISSIBILI: This call will fund Supporting Actions CSA-SA in the scope of the activity 4.1 aimed at unlocking and developing the Research Potential of research entities in the EU ́s Convergence regions and Outermost regions. FINANZIAMENTO: a disposizione per questo bando 12M€. I progetto non possono prevedere più di 2.4M€ di finanziemento per un periodo di 60 mesi e una % di finanziamento max 90%.
