IUCLAND proposes to improve the effectiveness of development’s and land protection’s strategies by increasing the cooperation’s capacity and best practices’ productivity, through educational patterns involving HEIs and potential stakeholders, e.g. farmers’ association, development agencies, agricultural organizations, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), decision-makers.
The main objective is to create an international network in Land Degradation’s topics among universities and other organizations of the society at large aimed at:
Moreover, IUCLAND will improve international cooperation at regional level (Far East Asia, Central Asia) and cross-regional level (China vs. Kazakhstan, vs. Kyrgyzstan) with the aim to collect and share all gathered information regarding the organization of teaching activities and accreditation procedures in order to formulate a standard accreditation methodology between all partners.
