Gastronomy in Molise is much diversified. You will find many characteristic fish and meat dishes, pasta and pizza, of course, sweets and desserts, made of genuine ingredients and always accompanied by good-quality wines and cheese Italians usually have lunch between 12h30 and 14h00 and dinner at 20h00/21h00.
